CATERING

A successful event combines a beautiful setting and a gorgeous location with sumptuous food tailored specifically for your group. From a simple lunch to a casual outdoor reception, or plated dinner in our dining room overlooking Lake Cochichewick, our talented staff brings elegance, style, and classic presentation. Our European- trained Chef, Tobias Marx, created a variety of menu options for your retreat, conference, get together, or social event here at Rolling Ridge. As we focus our culinary direction towards sustainable and locally grown ingredients, we also want you to know that all of our menus are nutritionally balanced and contribute to your well-being.

Treat your meeting, retreat, or seminar in a special way. Reward your participants with a courtyard gourmet tasting recption or a multi-course plated dinner. Holiday lunches, rehearsal dinners, anniversary and birthday celebrations are just a few of the ways that our location can be utilized. For more informal gatherings, Rolling Ridge offers a delightful picnic area tucked away under 100 year old oak trees. We welcome the opportunity to create a special event and menu that your guests will long remember!

EVENT & FOOD SERVICE

AVAILABILITY

The private dining room is available from 7:00 am-9:30 am for breakfast, 11:30 am-2:30 pm for lunch, and from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm for dinner. Special breakfast or buffet brunch upon special request and subject to availability. The courtyard, in addition to our outside areas, is available during seasonal months of the year.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Rolling Ridge will provide all food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside food is allowed. All food must be consumed within the room and time frame of the event as stated in the contract. No food may be taken off property. Menu selections must be made 14 days prior to the date of the event. Guests are not allowed to provide alcoholic beverages. Rolling Ridge is an ALCOHOL FREE environment.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS

The minimum number of guests for a private party is 10. The maximum number of guests for an indoor event in a single room is 80 in the dining room, depending on the style of food serves, and 100 guests in the largest meeting space.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges must be received within two weeks from the inquiry date in order to guarantee the date. The deposit shall be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. The final guaranteed guest count is due 5 days prior to the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number, or the actual number of guests that attend, whichever is greater. Final payment is due the day of the event. Rolling Ridge accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Outdoor chapel (point of pines) fee varies from $500 and up, depending on the use.
Audio Visual equipment is subject to additional fees.
Aditional charges may be added for special request items.
Facility fee varies on the use and guest count.
