Located on 38 acres on the shores of Lake Cochichewick, Rolling Ridge Retreat and Conference Center is a premier retreat and conference center in North Andover, Massachusetts. Serving the community since 1948, we are a historic place of natural beauty, gracious hospitality, and spiritually transforming programs, connecting all people, God, and creation. With 28 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms between the two houses of our 1920s mansion, we offer beautiful space with delicious meals for groups and individuals to find their center.
Through our Rolling Ridge programming — onsite and now online — we create safe and sacred space through deep listening and spiritual companionship in the Christian contemplative tradition. The Listening Collective, Artist Collaborative, and Earth Center at Rolling Ridge shape our growing ministry of HEARTH & HOME as we teach people to HEAR their HEART through ART and EARTH, with Hospitality Our Main Event.

For seven decades, our historic building and grounds have served countless generations of campers, retreatants, and visiting guests, becoming a premier retreat and conference center within the greater Boston area.
Open to groups and individuals from all faith traditions and interests, "The Ridge" is a peaceful, beautiful, and historic site offering hospitality and programs for the renewal of spirit and transformation of the world.
We are located on 38 acres of gently rolling land along the southern shore of Lake Cochichewick in North Andover, Massachusetts, and offer a breathtaking natural setting just 25 miles north of Boston. Our 40-room Georgian estate features 28 bedrooms accommodating up to 57 adults, a Lakeside Gallery Dining Room featuring original art by the Rolling Ridge Artist Collaborative, two labyrinths, extensive nature trails along the Lake, and delicious cuisine made with farm-to-table and fresh ingredients, prepared daily in our kitchen.

Very simply, contemplative spirituality is becoming wholly present to the Holy Presence in everyone and everything. This comes through deep listening and is shaped by what we call the 4Ps:
The 4Ps allow us to create a safe and sacred space for deep listening and spiritual companionship, building bridges of understanding and creating a transformative community of faith, trust, and love.
