Volunteer at Rolling Ridge

Volunteer Positions Available:

• Gardening: Help maintain our beautiful gardens, plant flowers and vegetables, and create a serene outdoor space for reflection and relaxation.
• Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Assist in preserving the natural beauty of our grounds through tasks such as mowing, pruning, trail maintenance, and general upkeep of our outdoor areas.
• Hosting and Guest Services: Welcome and orient guests, provide information about our facilities and programs, ensure visitors have a comfortable and meaningful stay, and assist with meal service and kitchen tasks.
• Office Administration: Support our staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, answering phones, and assisting with event coordination.
• Maintenance and Repairs: If you're handy, help us with minor repairs, painting, and general maintenance to keep our facilities in working condition.
• Program Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down for events, workshops, and retreats, and assist with large events.
• Photography: Capture the beauty of our grounds, events, and retreats to help us document and promote our center's activities and surroundings.

Whether you can offer a few hours a week or a few days a year, your time and skills are valuable to us. Volunteering at Rolling Ridge is not only a way to give forward, but also an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, spend time in a beautiful environment, and further the mission of offering contemplative spirituality for all.

No prior experience is necessary for most positions – we provide training and support for all our volunteers. If you have a specific skill or talent that's not listed here but you think could benefit our retreat center, please let us know. We're always open to new ideas and contributions.
