Our standard check-in time is 5:00pm on the first day of your program, unless your group has made alternative arrangements. On the day of departure, the check-out time for all guest bedrooms is 10:00am, and for all meeting rooms is 3:00pm.
All our rooms come with linens, towels, soap, pillows, and blankets. Guests should bring their own toiletries, shampoo, and hair dryer. An iron can be borrowed if needed. Towel exchange is available for groups staying three nights or more.
Rolling Ridge is an alcohol-free, cannabis-free, and controlled substance-free facility in accordance with our faith tradition.
We ask that food and beverages be kept in the Lakeside Gallery Dining Room, Sitting Room, or your group meeting room. A guest fridge and microwave are available in these areas.
To maintain a hospitable environment for everyone, pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted with prior approval. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a service animal with you during your stay.
Yes, guests may use our kayaks and canoes from May through October, subject to availability. Adult guests are invited to check out kayaks or a canoe to use on the lake. Guided "Pray and Paddle" events may be arranged for your group.
Yes, Rolling Ridge offers spiritual direction, massage, and other wellness services. Check availability for appointments during your stay.
Rolling Ridge is not responsible for articles damaged, lost, stolen, or left behind by guests. Items left behind will be held for a period of thirty days. Guests who have left something at Rolling Ridge can contact our guest services department to inquire about lost items.

Please check with your retreat leader to confirm your meal times. Food is available for one hour per our Serv Safe Regulations.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided throughout our buildings. The guest access password is posted in common areas throughout the house and meeting rooms.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. It is not permitted inside any Rolling Ridge building.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm inside and 9:00pm outside.
Lake Cochichewick is the public water supply for the town of North Andover. Per order of the town, swimming is not allowed in Lake Cochichewick.
No, open flames, candles, and incense are prohibited in all buildings per order of the North Andover Fire Department. Violation results in a $500 fee.
Unfortunately, ticks are a year-round concern. We recommend that guests bring insect repellant and wear appropriate attire if spending time outdoors.
