Guest Services Associate (aka "Host")

Classification: On-call/Per Diem OR Permanent Part-Time

Reports to: Culinary Services Manager (primary) and Director of Guest Services (secondary)

Position Purpose: A Guest Services Host greets and welcomes guests of Rolling Ridge, and ensures that they have everything they need during their stay. Hosts are the face of Rolling Ridge, managing all tangible aspects of a guest's on-site experience with us, to ensure that individuals and groups have a comfortable and enjoyable time at the Ridge. If you're good with people, able to problem-solve, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to have you on board with us! Facilities Associate

Classification: Full- or Part-Time Permanent

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Position Purpose: The Facility Associate works alongside our Facilities Manager, assisting us with the maintenance and repair of our 100-year-old manor house, as well as some light upkeep to our gardens and grounds. We are looking for someone proficient with tools, and has experience with painting, fixture repair, light carpentry, and similar “handy” tasks.
