On Holy Saturday, Christ-followers remember that liminal moment between the crucifixion and resurrection. As we as a global community live through our own moment of uncertainty and fear, darkness and isolation, sadness and suffering because of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Rolling Ridge board member, Kris Girrell brings a message of hope as we wait for the coming of new life and release from our emotional tombs. Though our Easter 2020 remembrance of Christ will soon come and go, may we all find God in new ways as the journey through this pandemic continues. May we find ourselves transformed because of the compassionate love of God and come through on the other side with a resurrected faith in the Divine grace that will never leave us or forsake us.
