A Message from our Rolling Ridge Board Chair

Dear Rolling Ridge Community,

In times of unprecedented change and challenge, we all need spaces that ground us and help us reconnect with what matters most. For over 75 years, Rolling Ridge Retreat & Conference Center has been that constant presence for thousands of visitors seeking renewal, reflection, and spiritual growth.
I first experienced Rolling Ridge's transformative power in the 1980s, and it has remained a cornerstone of support throughout my life, as I served congregations across New England as a pastor. Now, as Board Chair, I've witnessed how this special place continues to evolve and innovate while staying true to its core mission of providing a contemplative sanctuary for all who seek it.

When the pandemic challenged our traditional way of operating, Rolling Ridge adapted quickly, expanding our reach through online programming. While many organizations retreated, we expanded, allowing us to touch lives not just in New England, but across the country and around the world. Today, we continue to offer both in-person and virtual experiences, making our programs more accessible than ever before. We’ve made incredible improvements, upgrading our facilities, hiring dynamic staff, and launching new programs to bring the gifts of Rolling Ridge to all.

When the world seems fractured and weary, Rolling Ridge offers a unique space for healing and understanding. We're offering hope and spiritual resources when they’re needed most.

That’s why, as Board Chair, I would like to invite your help. As we approach the final weeks of the year, and as we prepare for Giving Tuesday on December 3rd, I invite you to make a donation to Rolling Ridge. Your support will:

• Maintain and upgrade our historic 100+ year old facilities
• Develop innovative programs for those seeking a spiritual home
