Program Details

Spiritual Resiliency is an invitation to reconnect all parts of health. If you live with a chronic illness - or even if you don’t! - learning and reflecting on the interconnection of all pieces of health and wellness can be transformative. It's about befriending your body, even if you feel like your body has betrayed you!

We will spend our day ONLINE together exploring how five kinds of practices can support the wholeness of our selves. Through spiritual practices and perspectives, holistic practices from a mind-body-spirit perspective, honoring and caring for our emotions, creativity, and self-care, we will build a foundation to support not just our physical health, but also spiritual, mental, emotional, and intellectual health.

The day will include learning, quiet reflection, small group sharing and discussion, meditation, and creative time.

In order for this Day Apart to be as accessible as possible for those with physical health challenges, it will be offered ONLINE only. You will not be expected to be sitting picture perfect on your zoom screen. You are free to keep your camera off, to lie in bed, to be present in whatever way you feel most comfortable. All are welcome.

This ONLINE day retreat will launch our new SoulCare: Befriending Your Body, which begins on Monday, February 10th and then will continue on the second Mondays at 3 pm eastern beginning in March.

Cost is $45 for this ONLINE day retreat.
