Trans Support Summit & Retreat

On Saturday, July 12th, Rolling Ridge is hosting a Trans Support Summit as we bring together parents with a trans child, trans individuals, allys, and anyone who has questions of how to support the trans community at this time. This day will be a judgment free question zone filled with love and welcome as we come together to ask questions, find encouragement, and mobilize for action. We will gather beginning at 9:30 am and continue through dinner ending by 7:00 pm. The morning panel will include professionals who can speak to the emerging issues trans individuals face. The afternoon panel will include trans individuals who will share their stories. Small group discussions and casual conversation during breaks and over lunch and dinner will allow people to connect in meaningful and heartfelt ways.

Cost: SLIDING SCALE DONATION (RSVP is required but we invite you to pay what you can. We do not want money to be a barrier. Suggested donation for those who are able to pay is $89 for the day. Any gift above $89 will assist someone in our community. )

The Trans Support Summit on Saturday is part of a longer weekend retreat to provide a community of care and rest as we create a safe and sacred space. Love, openness, and encouragement are the values of our weekend together.

RETREAT WEEKEND SCHEDULE (July 11-13, 2025)

• Friday arrival after 3 pm with dinner and evening star gazing activity
• Saturday Trans Support Summit (9:30 am through 7:00 pm)
• Saturday evening s'mores and campfire
• Sunday morning inclusive worship service and lunch
• Sunday departure by 2 pm

Saturday will feature programs for children and youth so that parents may participate in the Trans Support Summit.

Retreat registration fees for 2 nights and 6 meals are:

• $200 for 1 person (private room)
• $350 for 2 people (shared room)
• $500 for 3 people (share room)

Please note that following online payment of your registration, a member of our Guest Services team will contact you about rooming information and dietary needs to ensure that we assign your family to appropriate bedrooms and feed everyone.

Given the nature of the retreat, no part-time family registration is available. We invite you to consider join us instead for our Pride Family Picnic on Saturday, July 12th.
